KJASSE is an open access journal providing immediate and unrestricted access to all published articles. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles without financial or legal barriers.

The journal charges modest vetting and publication fees solely to support editorial operations, peer review management, website maintenance, and long-term content preservation. Payment of fees has no influence on editorial or peer review decisions.
