Author Guidelines
To submit an article, authors can use the submission template or send it to the journal's official email address if there are any issues. KJASSE a manuscript in MS-Word format, 12-point Times New Roman font, 1.5 line spacing, and a limit of 8-15 pages. The abstract of the manuscript should be 150-250 words long and include at least five keywords sorted alphabetically. The author's title page should include their first name and surname, and a valid email address. Authors should register and provide their ORCID number when submitting a manuscript. The body of the manuscript should at least include the following sections: Introduction, Methods and Materials, Results, Discussion, Implications, Conclusion, and References.
Authors are encouraged to use the Contributor Roles Taxonomy (CRediT) to explain their individual contributions to the research output. KJASSE follows the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) authorship criteria, requiring all contributors listed in a manuscript to meet specific requirements. All manuscripts submitted to KJASSE Ltd must be original, written in clear and concise language, and meet technical reporting criteria. The language quality and statistical reports of a manuscript must meet high standards, and the author is responsible for this. KJASSE and the Editor-In-Chief reserve the right to request a copy of the manuscript's language editing report and verification that it was reviewed by a statistician. Therefore, before submitting, non-native English speakers should have their manuscripts thoroughly proofread by professional language editors. Once accepted for publication, KJASSE only provides minor copy-editing to ensure accepted manuscripts align with our established publication layout.
KJASSE Ltd follows the American Psychological Association's Citation Style for clear and consistent referencing in published manuscripts. Authors should consult the most recent edition of the APA Referencing Style Manual for additional information. Manuscripts submitted to journals published by KJASSE must not be previously published or under review by other journals. Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest related to the paper during submission. To publish with KJASSE, authors must provide a statement of compliance with ethical standards. Compliance with ethical research guidelines, such as the WMA Declaration of Helsinki and the APA Ethical Guidelines on Research and Publication, must be explicitly mentioned in the manuscript's ethics statement. Manuscripts involving human/animal subjects must include a Statement of Data Availability and Research Ethics. Authors are encouraged to submit their raw data to existing data repositories. Only papers with a 10% or lower level of similarity will be considered for publication. Authors are recommended to use plagiarism checkers like TURNITIN to confirm the level of similarity between their text and existing sources. To proceed with production, authors must complete and return the Copyright Form when their work is accepted for publication.
